Welcome to Milestone Wellness. I’m Justin, a Certified Health Coach who loves eating well, living actively, and seeking adventure outdoors or in the kitchen. I find my balance in this busy world by making food, fitness, and fun an important part of my life.
With a background steeped in a love for engineering, I'm a self-proclaimed nerd who likes to keep his nose in a resource book or magazine and always looking to expand my knowledge. I’m dedicated to living a fit and healthy lifestyle, leading by example and love to share my knowledge with others!
I'm from Jersey which means food and family are a priority. Bagels, pizza, and Taylor Ham, egg, & cheese are my favorite weekend indulgences when visiting. My wonderful family is still there, but I feel at home here in Boston with my beautiful wife, our adorable bunny Keanu and a wonderful network of friends who have become family.
My mission is to enhance your quality of life by achieving balance in various aspects such as healthy eating, becoming more active, achieving goals, balancing your mind and body with positive influences and get the body that you have always wanted!!!
I have always had a passion for Fitness, Health and Wellness, which has brought me to where I am today.
For as long as I can remember, I played every sport that was available to me, soccer, basketball, track, skiing and karate. I wasn’t always the best at these sports but every single season of every single school year you would find me on a field, court or dojo. And if it were summer, you’d find me either at a boy scout camp, hiking, camping or canoeing down a river. And I loved every second of it. I’ve been skydiving and always enjoy a good rush of thrill and excitement.
In college I turned to the gym and lifting weights to fulfill my constant desire to be active along with playing intramural soccer. I never did any of it to have a ‘perfect’ body, in fact, I never thought about that at all. I graduated with a BS and MS in Civil Engineering.
At the end of 2017, I suffered from a traumatic brain injury (TBI), was minutes away from dying and this accident evidently changed my outlook on health and fitness. Within a couple months of having good and bad days of rest and physical therapy, my mental health and cognitive functions weren’t recovering as fast as my physical fitness. I turned to a variety of TBI articles, podcasts and videos on how changing my nutrition could benefit me and aid in my recovery process. Through various amounts of research and testing different diets, I found what nutritional lifestyle works best for me both physically and mentally which has shined a new light on the way I look at health, fitness and life itself.
I started to make health and fitness a priority and found myself dedicating every moment that I had researching health and fitness related topics and studying scientific articles. I gained a lot of knowledge about fitness and nutrition, was making great progress with my own health and have felt better than ever.
I have become an ACTION-Certified Personal Trainer, ACE-Certified Health Coach, AFPA-Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist, and a certificate in sports nutrition so that I would be able to transfer my knowledge to others and help them change their lives as well.
Fitness not only makes you stronger physically, but also mentally. It is so much more than working towards your dream physique, it is about getting more disciplined and getting used to pushing and challenging yourself on a daily basis - aspects that will transfer to other areas of your life.
I would love to influence as many people as I could to live a more confident, happier, and healthier lifestyle. I know how good it feels to physically and mentally see progress you’ve worked for. And it’s something nobody can ever take from you.
No matter your goals, whether it be to build muscle, lose fat, gain confidence, live healthier, just committing to something at a higher level is the best thing you can do for yourself.
Be Well & Much Love,

If you are looking to make healthy changes and form lifelong healthy habits this is the program for you. This is not a diet program, it is a healthy lifestyle reboot. It takes an average of 66 days for a habit to become part of your daily routine. In the span of 6 months, we have the opportunity to introduce new habits one step at a time. The goal is to ingrain these healthy habits into your day-to-day so they become second nature.
6 months: $1200 for 12 bi-monthly sessions
Sometimes you just need a reset - this is the program for you! If you already have healthy habits worked into your daily routine but are looking for an extra boost this 3-month program can give you the tools you need to improve upon the already healthy habits you have and help you add a couple new ones to your routine.
3 months: $600 for 6 bi-monthly sessions
This 30- day program is designed to teach you healthier habits and to provide you with a holistic perspective on wellness.
This is not your average program. While food and exercise play an important role in health and wellness, in order to reach your true wellness goals, you must dig deeper. One’s wellness status does not come only from the food they eat and the calories they burn. To be truly well, a person has to be well from the inside out.
Each day the program will focus on a different aspect of wellbeing. You may find some steps more useful than others, and that’s okay! Everyone has different needs, and even individual needs will differ over time.
